Investment in this Training: $572.25 this includes your training session, manual, handouts and one year membership with CAPPA. Training Location: Due to COVID, these trainings will be conducted via ZOOM unless otherwise stated. |

Persons interested in pursuing a career in postpartum care should investigate certifying organizations for philosophy, inclusiveness, perspectives, research based curriculum, efficacy of trainers, and follow-up during the certification process and post-certification, to ensure a good fit.

Please review all files above and submit the forms that require your information and details to your instructor. These are a required part of your training and must be received by email within one week of your training workshop date. Student registration forms, along with payment must be received to secure your spot in our training.
The investment in your postpartum doula training is $572.25 due at the time of your registration. Payment can be received through e-transfer to [email protected]. Please use the password doula.
Refund Policy:
If CAPPA faculty is forced to cancel the workshop, you will be given the option to transfer your payment to the next session offered with a 12 month calendar year. If the participant must cancel registration prior to the training seminar, they may apply payment to another training workshop offered by the same CAPPA faculty member within a 12 month period.
NOTE: If you do not attend another session within the 12 month grace period, all fees will be forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for this registration transfer. Refunds will not be given
Unless you have received confirmation from your CAPPA Doula Trainer that the session is confirmed, we do not recommend you make any non-refundable travel arrangements.

CAPPA Postpartum Doula Faculty Sonya Duffee is the owner and sole proprietor of Full Circle Birth Collective and Full Circle Postpartum Care. Sonya has dedicated her life to helping families through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum for twenty years. Sonya is also CAPPA's faculty for the Labour Doula and Postpartum Doula program, certified Doula and Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator located in Edmonton Alberta. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters and is married to her amazing husband, Michael of 25 years and is now a grandmother of 2 sweet grand babies. |
